All orders will be shipped in the order received. Once we confirm receipt and verification of full payment, we will ship via Fedex, USP or DHL as soon as possible. In-stock machines ship within 1-3 business days, pre-orders are usually based on factory ship time and may be delayed if the manufacturer delays release/shipment. Shipping to the US usually takes about 3-5 business days, shipping to other countries usually takes about 7-15 business days. We will pay customs duties for customers in countries that support our DDP services. Countries/regions that do not support DDP services may require customers to clear customs and pay duties.
